Through simplifying, clarifying, and stating your destination intentionally, discover a North Star that draws you forward
Develop ways to re-connect with that North Star when things get foggy
Draw a literal map that will remind you where you're going--no artistic skills required
Dismantle resistance with easy effort
Learn to identify which type of resistance you're encountering: technical, physical, or emotional
Create a system that works for you to get through any of those three types
Learn to re-draw your map as you encounter new terrain
Connect with other like-minded travelers who can help you keep on track
